    Back Gym

    Learn the basics of Olympic lifts (snatch/clean and jerk). Learn why/how to incorporate them into your program. Class will include some barbell conditioning doing complexes (making use of the lifts in a combined manner). Repeated participation can aid in developing excellence in your lifting form.

The second half will be an invigorating cool down with a vinyasa flow based yoga class that will include connecting movement and breath while holding poses for extended strength, endurance, and flexibility. FREE
For Members

Non-Members Adult- $8
Non-Members Seniors (Ages 65+)- $7
Non-Members Child- $6

Day pass required by non-members, and when you are finished with class, you are welcome to use the rest of the facility as are PACC members.
