    Learn the basics of Olympic lifts (snatch/clean and jerk). Learn why/how to incorporate them into your program. Class will include some barbell conditioning doing complexes (making use of the lifts in a combined manner). Repeated participation can aid in developing excellence in your lifting form.

    The first 30 minutes of class will consist of running and cardio exercises including sprints, running/walking, prowler runs and more. The second half will be an invigorating cool down with a vinyasa flow based yoga class that will include connecting movement and breath while holding poses for extended strength, endurance, and flexibility. All levels are welcome!
