    The first 30 minutes of class will consist of running and cardio exercises including sprints, running/walking, prowler runs and more. The second half will be an invigorating cool down with a vinyasa flow based yoga class that will include connecting movement and breath while holding poses for extended strength, endurance, and flexibility. All levels are welcome.

    Back Gym

    Learn the basics of Olympic lifts (snatch/clean and jerk). Learn why/how to incorporate them into your program. Class will include some barbell conditioning doing complexes (making use of the lifts in a combined manner). Repeated participation can aid in developing excellence in your lifting form.

For Members

Non-Members Adult- $8
Non-Members Seniors (Ages 65+)- $7
Non-Members Child- $6

Day pass required by non-members, and when you are finished with class, you are welcome to use the rest of the facility as are PACC members.
