    This class will include exercises that combine bodyweight training and conditioning for a full body workout that increases aerobic capacity, strength, and muscular endurance.

    Yoga flow with a mix of strength training and cardio to challenge every muscle.

Day pass required by non-members, and when you are finished with class, you are welcome to use the rest of the facility as are PACC members.
