The changing of seasons means it’s time to get back into a healthy routine. Increased physical activity can help reduce stress and improve overall health.  The PACC is ready to help you get back into the swing of things by promoting a healthy lifestyle through our Fall into Fitness Challenge. This challenge is designed to encourage a more active lifestyle through friendly competition.  The challenge begins September 17th and will end on  October 28th.
