Hi! I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and am a graduate of the PTDC Online Trainer Academy. I am also a licensed K-12 Physical Education and Health Education Teacher, with a Bachelor of Arts in each from Concordia College.

Teaching people of all ages how to become confident movers is my passion. No matter what stage of your fitness journey you’re at, I’ll help you reach your goals!
