Personal Fitness Training can assist you in achieving a new level of physical fitness and/or physical performance.

Physique/Health Improvement/Weight Loss
Training is designed to be an integral part of an overall goal of health improvement through exercise
including cardio and weight training.

Physical Performance/Sport Specific
Training is designed to enhance performance as an athlete in a particular sport or multiple sports.
Participating in weight training and other exercises should be expected.

Partner/Small Group Personal Training Discounts
Do you want to train with friends, your spouse, etc.? Do you have similar goals/fitness programs? Then you can take advantage of the special rates for Partner or Small Group Training.  All you have to do is meet with your trainer together for all your training sessions. 

Exercise Equipment Orientations
All members are entitled to a FREE orientation to the exercise machines. If you have questions, please feel free to ask at the front desk for an appointment with a trainer or the manager. 

Need assistance with free weights? You’ll want to start with a guided activity, like the Rep Reebok class, group personal training classes, or individual personal training) so you learn safe and effective techniques for using free weight equipment.
